Eagle Project Location: Driftless Area Wetlands Centre near Marquette, Iowa
Eagle Project Description: Timothy cleared off an area that was uneven, weedy, had railroad debris and covered with brush. He removed the rocks and placed bark mulch to provide a place to gather for educational programs, cleared a path and placed concrete stepping stones for easier access to the pond and constructed benches for visitors to sit on. This was done at the Driftless Area Wetlands Centre near Marquette, Iowa.
What does being an Eagle Scout mean to you? Being an Eagle Scout makes me feel like a responsible adult.
What advice would you give to younger Scouts who aspire to become Eagle Scouts? It makes you feel good to complete Eagle and if you like camping and having fun out doors, you will love Scouts.
