Eagle Project Description: Jakob installed an entrance sign at Graf Park along the Heritage Trail in Graf, Iowa. He planted a bed of flowers under the sign, adding a border and wood chips around the flowers. He also trimmed the branches and cleaned up the rock for the Dubuque County Conservation Department.
