Eagle Project Description: Carter built 40 cedarwood bluebird houses and hung them along the Delaware County Scenic Byway, helping to repopulate the bluebird populations in Delaware County.
What does being an Eagle Scout mean to you?
Being an Eagle Scout means that I truly embody the values presented in the oath and law.
How did earning the rank prepare you for the future?
It has prepared me to overcome the challenges that I will face in my daily life.
What advice would you give to younger Scouts who aspire to become Eagle Scouts?
Do your best to get tasks done in a timely manner. Life will distract you from Scouts, but you need to always need to keep working.

My favorite Scouting memory is waking up, in the middle of the night, to my water filling my sleeping bag from the unexpected storm that had rolled in.
