Eagle Project Location: Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens in Dubuque, Iowa
Eagle Project Description: Joseph built a bridge at Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens allowing easier access to the new tree observation area for those with mobility concerns. He created a newly graded pathway leading to the bridge, worked with an engineer to ensure safety, set the foundation, and finally built the bridge across the culvert.
