Eagle Project Location: Crosswalk in Guttenberg, Iowa
Eagle Project Description: Carter designed a crosswalk using a German theme to represent Guttenberg’s heritage. Carter completed a computer design, then cut stencils, and painted the crosswalk.
What does being an Eagle Scout mean to you?
Being an Eagle Scout means being a leader in and out of school. Reaching my highest potential as a Scout will prepare me for future life opportunities.
If you had to describe your entire Scouting experience with just one word, what word would you choose? Why?
Passion. With everything you do in Scouting you must have passion with overcoming the littlest and hardest challenges.
How did earning the rank prepare you for the future?
It prepared me for the future by expediting what is to come as an adult, hark work pays as long as you follow through.
By doing your Eagle Service Project, what did you learn about managing or leading people?
I learned everyone is different. The directions they understand and if led right everything will turn out fine.
