Eagle Scout Project Location: Cascade, IA
Eagle Scout Austin Diller, Troop 29, completed an Audio History Tour of Cascade. He researched local history, as well as interviewed residents to compile the information into a podcast style audio tour. He worked with a web hosting site to store the information, then created QR Codes to go along with each section. QR Codes were printed onto signs that were then placed around town in the pertinent areas to that episode of the podcast, ensuring the history of Cascade is recorded and preserved.
