Troop: 29
Eagle Project Location: Cascade Volunteer Fire Department in Cascade, Iowa
Eagle Project Description: Daniel designed and built a turnout gear dryer for the Cascade Volunteer Fire Department. PVC pipe was drilled, cut, fitted, and assembled, then attached to a platform with a special dryer. This allows for four sets of turnout gear (pants, coats, gloves, and boots) to be dried, preventing the fireproofing from deteriorating.
