Eagle Project Description: Nicholas constructed a pergola by the baseball field at Wahlert. He removed the bleachers from the slab of concrete and built the pergola on the cement slab. Then he landscaped an area in front of Mazzuchelli. It included planting 11 hedges.
What does being an Eagle Scout mean to you? Being an Eagle Scout means that I have committed myself to serving others. It is also an assurance for me that I can achieve anything I set my mind to.
How did earning the Eagle Scout rank prepare you for the future? I have learned a lot about leadership, myself, and service. I have also made a lot of connections that will support me in the future.
What surprised you about the Eagle Scout path? I was surprised by how fast time went by. When I first joined Scouts, becoming an Eagle Scout seemed like an eternity away, but now looking back it seems like just yesterday.
