Eagle Project Description: Owen built dispenser stations for dog waste bags at City of Lansing Parks in Lansing Iowa.
What does being an Eagle Scout mean to you? Being an Eagle Scout means that there are a group of people who share the same beliefs as me.
If you had to describe your entire Scouting experience with just one word, what word would you choose? Why? Challenging. It was a lot of work going through the ranks, but if it was not hard I would have not grown as much as I did.
How did earning the rank prepare you for the future? Earning the Eagle Scout rank prepared me for the future by making sure I finish what I start.
By doing your Eagle Service Project, what did you learn about managing or leading people? I learned that it can be hard waiting for all your supplies to come in and getting everyone together.
What advice would you give to younger Scouts who aspire to become Eagle Scouts? My advice is to keep pushing forward, because being an Eagle Scout will help you a lot in your future with jobs and scholarships.
Please share a favorite Scouting memory. My favorite memory is going to summer camp and meeting new people and also getting to learn new things.
