Eagle Project Location: Whispurring Hope in Dyersville, Iowa
Eagle Project Description: Quentin built 10 dog beds, 1 litter box (10x3x4) out of wood and cleaned the facility at Whispurring Hope in Dyersville. He also organized and coordinated with grocery/pet stores for their unsellable food and litter on an ongoing basis for the animal rescue shelter.
What does being an Eagle Scout mean to you? Being an Eagle Scout means progress. The Road to Eagle was long, but it doesn’t simply end just because you became an Eagle. Once and Eagle, always an Eagle.
How did earning the Eagle Scout rank prepare you for the future? The process of getting Eagle taught me leadership skills that I can use in my life and future endeavors.
What surprised you about the Eagle Scout path? Nothing surprised me about the Eagle path. The path was rough and I expected nothing less.
