Eagle Project Description: Samuel repaired and repainted the Dyersville Heritage Trail Pavilion. Shingles on the existing structure were removed, then underlayment was put down, and new shingled laid on the roof. The pavilion itself was painted, as well new signs for the trail map and American Legion.
