Eagle Project Location: Mines of Spain in Dubuque, Iowa
Eagle Project Description: Scott built forms and poured concrete to set the waypoint sign he build near the Julien Dubuque Monument at the Mines of Spain. The sign will serve as a navigational and educational tool for visitors to the park.
What does being an Eagle Scout mean to you?
Being an Eagle Scout mean a lot to me, it has built my character and even shapes my everyday decisions.
How did earning the rank prepare you for the future?
It prepared me to pursue through difficult situations and no matter what, light does come.
What advice would you give to younger Scouts who aspire to become Eagle Scouts?
Stick with Scouting because it’s well worth it in the end.
