Eagle Scout Wade Oakland

What does being an Eagle Scout mean to you?
Being an Eagle Scout means that I have achieved my goal that I set for myself the first time I went to an Eagle Scout Court of Honor as a Cub Scout.

How did earning the rank prepare you for the future?
Earning the rank of Eagle has prepared me for the future by teaching me to be a hard worker and a kind person.

What advice would you give to younger Scouts who aspire to become Eagle Scouts?
I would tell them if they ever felt like quitting stick with it; it is worth it.

Please share a favorite Scouting memory.
My favorite Scouting memory would have to be my first year of summer camp. Even though we spent half of the week in a storm shelter, we were still able to have a good time.
