All programs are flexible and designed to meet the needs of the participants. Each activity offered can be customed to best serve your goals.
Groups of all ages can appreciate and learn in the outdoors, learn about leadership and teamwork.
At Camp C.S. Klaus, every activity is designed to inspire growth, teamwork, and confidence.
- Scale new heights on our climbing tower
- Tackle problem-solving on the low challenge course
- Push your limits on the high ropes course
- Sharpen your focus with archery, BB guns, cowboy action shooting, or tomahawk throwing
- Explore the outdoors on a nature hike
- Build camaraderie through team-building games
- Compete and play with friends through sports such as volleyball, basketball, gaga ball, and soccer
- Take on creative challenges like tower building and fire starting
- Enjoy hands-on skills with leatherwork, crafts, and classic Scout skills
- Relax with fishing, swimming, and boating (swimming and boating available adjacent to summer camp season only)

At Camp Burton, every experience is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and strengthen connections.

- Master essential outdoor skills with classic Scout activities—knot tying, tent setup, fire building, and tower construction

Availability:
All programs are available Monday through Friday. Each program is designed as a five-hour experience for participants. Timing can be altered as necessary to fit with your schedule.
Cost:
Costs are $20 per student per day, minimum 15 students. Lunch is not included. Refrigeration for lunches is available. For specific pricing, please contact the Council Service Center at 563.556.4343.

Camp C.S. Klaus is located at 28157 Horseshoe Rd in Greely, Iowa
Camp Burton is located at 17991 Boy Scout Rd in Durango
Camp Klaus has several buildings available for rental by your group throughout most of the year. These range from pavilions, to a space that can seat up to 250 people with a full commercial kitchen.
Camp Burton has 2 buildings for rent. This includes a newly renovated large cabin that can set up to 150 people, and a samll cabin that can sleep up to 25 people
