Troop: 51Eagle Project Location: Proving Grounds in Dubuque, Iowa Eagle Project Description: Miles installed two bicycle fix-it stations at the Proving Grounds for Dubuque County Conservation allowing for safer riding along the trails. Holes were dug, concrete forms placed, concrete poured, and the stations were affixed with lag bolts.
