Troop: 91 Eagle Project Location: Heritage Pond in Dubuque, Iowa Eagle Project: Eden constructed a pavilion at Heritage Pond. To honor deceased Eagle Scout Carl Runde whose project once stood in its place. The rotted pavilion and picnic table were removed, steel base plates were installed, and a new pavilion was raised.

A pavilion with a connected picnic table was constructed. Posts holes were dug and posts set in concrete, picnic table built-in, then roof attached.
