Eagle Project Location: Bell Tower at Grandview
Eagle Project: Cooper added a memorial garden around the new Bell Tower at Grandview. Cooper led his crew to plant dogwoods, hydrangeas, rose bushes, geraniums, as well as laying a border, weed blocker, and decorative rock to prevent weeds.
