These leadership skills can allow me to make a difference in my workplace and community. By doing your Eagle Service Project, what did you learn about managing or leading people? That you can’t plan for everything. Life has a way of throwing curveballs and you’ll have to adapt. What advice would you give to younger Scout who aspire to become Eagle Scouts?
