Eagle Project Location: Monona Public Gardens and Trails
Eagle Project: Jaron led his crew to build seating at the butterfly gardens for the Monona Public Gardens and Trails. An area was cleared and prepared, then a small cement pad was laid. The crew then constructed a 60” x 25” solid wood arbor with bench. The bench will provide a space to sit and admire the butterflies.
What advice would you give to younger Scouts aspiring to become Eagle Scouts?
I had to teach fellow Scouts how to use tools and not just show them. It also got me out of my comfort zone, and I had to talk a lot.
