If you had to describe your entire Scouting experience with just one word, what word would you choose? Why? I would choose “Fun.” I had so much fun in scouting especially in my younger years when I went to every campout. In today’s world, where leadership in crucial, how do you believe the values and skills you’ve gained as an Eagle Scout can make a difference? I know how to be a leader now, so when I get a job that requires leadership I will take the next step and hopefully help other people with my experience. By doing your Eagle Service Project, what did you learn about managing or leading people? I learned that it is not easy to manage people and there is a lot of challenges in something so easy to help others. What advice would you give to younger Scout who aspire to become Eagle Scouts? It is worth every struggle that comes along the way because you feel so accomplished to finally get the rank. Please share a favorite Scouting memory. My favorite scouting experience was a backpacking trip when I packed way too much in my bag and I had to have Bill Strauss carry my bag because I weighed so little. |
