Eagle Project Location: Proving Grounds Recreation Area in Dubuque, Iowa
Eagle Project: Nathan constructed a rest area at the Proving Grounds Recreation Area. A pavilion with a connected picnic table was constructed. Posts holes were dug and posts set in concrete, picnic table built-in, then roof attached.
